COWI is seeking an MEP Lead to drive the design and delivery of data centre facilities, coordinating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines across project phases. You will translate client requirements into technically robust solutions and lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration.

You will engage with clients, colleagues, and partners to deliver resilient, energy-efficient data centre projects, contributing to growth and innovation within our data centre capabilities.

Qualificações

• Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary building services projects.
• Experience from data centres, mission-critical facilities, or other technically complex environments.
• Understand the interface between mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in high-performance facilities.
• Thrive in multidisciplinary environments and work closely with clients and colleagues.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate MEP design and advisory services for data centre facilities.
• Act as the MEP Lead throughout concept to detailed design and implementation phases.
• Ensure technical quality, integration, and coordination across mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
• Support project development from concept through design, tender, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Engage with customers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate stakeholders across complex data centre projects.
• Support digital design processes, BIM coordination, and clash resolution.
• Contribute to innovative, energy-efficient, sustainable data centre solutions.
• Support business development and build client relationships in the data centre market.
