You will champion proactive sales, nurture key client relationships, and guide your team to elevate the Meetings & Events function with a focus on revenue growth and guest satisfaction.

• Ensures all function sheets are maintained and up to date and communicated to operations.

• Builds and maintains relationships with key clients.
• Actively seeks out feedback during and after meetings/events.
• Supports strategies to improve guest experiences.
• Leads department training initiatives.
