Job summary

Fluke Health Solutions is seeking a UX designer to work across the full design process for our software projects, from early research to handoff. You will collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure user needs align with technical constraints, and help grow our design system.

You will need strong Figma skills, experience prototyping, and a passion for scalable design systems. English fluency is required, Swedish is a plus, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in interaction design, UX design, human-computer interaction, or related field.
• 4+ years in digital product design, UX design, or similar role.
• Solid Figma skills and experience with prototyping tools for testing interactions.
• Good understanding of design systems and scalable components.
• Ability to present and defend design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Interest in how AI tools can support design and research work.
• Fluency in English; Swedish is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel 2-3 times per year.
• Some experience with front-end code (HTML, CSS, React) is a plus.
• Experience from MedTech, healthcare, or regulated product environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead across the full design process: research, concept sketching, prototyping, usability testing, and handoff to development.
• Collaborate with product managers, owners and developers to align user needs with technical requirements.
• Build out and maintain the design system and product language.
• Communicate design decisions clearly to diverse stakeholders across teams.
• Prototype ideas before committing and explore AI-assisted design workflows.
