Job summary

Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Hands-on mechanical work experience; high-voltage knowledge is a plus
- CAD proficiency (CREO or similar) and ability to produce clear drawings/documentation
- Collaborative, proactive communicator in cross-functional and international settings
- English proficiency and basic Swedish
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical investigations for complex issues
- Drive mechanical product improvements to enhance performance, robustness, and manufacturability
- Create/maintain drawings and technical documentation (test instructions, procedures) to meet quality and compliance needs
- Collaborate with R&D, Global Product Support, factory teams, customers and suppliers to deliver solutions
