Crane NXT, Co. in Tumba is seeking a Marketing Specialist Team Lead to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies. You'll engage digitally with clients, manage strategic campaigns, and support Sales teams in enhancing customer relations. This position requires strong experience in marketing and proficiency in English, with additional languages being a plus.

Formación

• 7–10 years' experience in Marketing or PR with B2G/B2B focus.
• Education: Associate’s degree or commensurate experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute communication strategies to support Sales.
• Define and track engagement metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Mentor and develop junior marketing team members.

Conocimientos

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong knowledge of Social Media accounts

Demonstrable written and spoken proficiency in French and/or Spanish

7–10 years' experience in Marketing

Educación

Associate’s degree in business-related field

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing
