Krea is seeking a Growth Associate to own outbound and customer communications across Sweden and Finland, driving direct letters, emails, newsletters, and automated flows to fuel growth.

You will report to the Head of Marketing, be analytical, data-driven, and able to plan and execute from start to finish while collaborating with Tech, Commercial, and Operations to align messaging with business goals. Mindset of ownership and candor is encouraged to help the team win in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business is preferred.
• Experience in B2B marketing and outbound campaigns is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Build and execute outbound and customer communication strategy in Sweden and Finland.
• Plan, execute, and optimize cross-channel campaigns (direct mail, outbound emails, newsletters, automated flows).
• Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements based on insights.
• Negotiate and manage agency and distributor relationships.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Tech, Commercial, and Operations teams.
