Crane Currency has an immediate position opening for a Marketing Specialist Team Lead, Based Out of TUMBA.

How you will make an impact:

Through a combination of your strategic and creative thinking you will propose new ways to engage digitally with existing and new accounts. As a Marketing Specialist, you act as the department’s chief architect in content digital delivery, applying, sharing knowledge in the team and maintaining skills needed for conceiving of and executing communication campaigns for International Sales & Marketing. You will be part of a team connecting with heads of state and national, central banks helping them understand the value of entrusting the security of their national currency to Crane Currency. You will conceive of and lead campaigns, building an online presence to engage with and grow Crane’s worldwide customer base. You will craft strategies that help your colleagues to expand the reach of Crane Currency’s products and expertise.

As a Marketing Specialist Team Lead you will:

• Develop and execute comprehensive communications and customer engagement strategies to support Sales and customer‑facing teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and consistent messaging across channels.
• Define, track and optimize engagement metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness; analyze performance data, generate insights, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate cross‑functionality with the Senior Marketing Manager and Public Engagement Lead to optimize allocation of marketing resources; build deep product and service knowledge to support the negotiation, execution, and oversight of central bank Public Engagement initiatives and contracts.
• Drive brand growth and consistency by overseeing digital and print touchpoints, including website, social media platforms, and marketing collateral; contribute to content development while ensuring alignment with brand standards, marketing strategy, and organizational goals.
• Support marketing operations and governance by managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with internal security and safety policies, and contributing to efficient day‑to‑day functioning of the Marketing team.
• Mentor and develop junior marketing team members by providing guidance, constructive feedback, and knowledge sharing; foster continuous improvement and promote adoption of marketing best practices across the team.

Knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

Required

• Education: Associate’s degree in business‑related field or commensurate experience.
• 7–10 years’ experience in Marketing or PR functions with a B2G and/or B2B customer focus.
• Highly proficient in English, written and spoken.
• Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office suite.
• Demonstrable knowledge and working competence with SoMe accounts, e.g., LinkedIn; familiarity with WordPress, Umbraco, and other website tools.
• Demonstrated written and spoken proficiency in French and/or Spanish; a strong asset.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, international business, or communications.
• Analytical focused studies (programming or statistics).
• Level B driving license or equivalent.
