Job summary

Velory is seeking a creative, AI-native marketer to join our growing team in Stockholm with remote flexibility. You’ll own organic content and drive paid strategies, using AI workflows to improve campaigns and outcomes.

A strong writer with data-driven instincts will thrive in this fast-paced scale-up environment. You'll collaborate with the VP Marketing Architecture, manage multiple workstreams, and experiment with new formats while expanding our European footprint.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Data-driven: you look at the numbers before making a call.
• Strong writing ability across LinkedIn, ads, and reports.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Own organic content end to end: LinkedIn posts, blogs, content calendar.
• Develop creative directions for paid ads and AI-enhanced workflows.
• Pull and interpret marketing performance data to improve campaigns.
• Contribute to newsletters, landing pages, and other assets.
• Run small experiments with new formats, channels, and AI tools.
• Grow community through events and partner co-marketing.

About The Role

We're looking for a creative brain with a growth mindset to join our marketing team. Most likely you're a generalist who's excited about where the marketing playing field is right now, and where it's heading. You're AI-native: you use AI tools daily, not as a novelty but as part of how you work. What matters most is that you're curious and creative, with the follow-through to actually get things shipped. You'll work closely with our VP Marketing Architecture, and take ownership of the day-to-day as well as proactive initiatives and experimentation.

What You'll Do

• Own organic content end to end: LinkedIn posts, blog articles, and our content calendar, from idea to published. Working with the AI workflows we have set up today, and improving them
• Develop creative directions for paid ads, work with the AI workflows and improve ways of working over time
• Pull and interpret our marketing performance data (campaigns, channels, conversion), and use it to actually improve campaigns and other marketing initiatives, not just report on them.
• Contribute to our newsletter, landing page copy, and other campaign assets as they come up
• Run small experiments with new formats, channels, and AI tools
• Grow our community with events and partner co-marketing opportunities

Required Skills

• Education from Hyper island , Bergs or similar
• 3-5 years experience in a similar role
• Comfortable owning a workstream independently; you don't need every brief spelled out
• Genuinely curious about AI, and already using it, not just aware it exists
• Data-driven: you look at the numbers before making a call
• A strong, clear writer who can flex tone across a LinkedIn post, an ad headline, and a report summary
• Organized enough to keep multiple moving pieces on track without things slipping
• OK with ambiguity: we're a small team moving fast, and priorities shift
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
