Job summary

TicTac Learn in Malmö is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to bring structure to fast-moving campaigns across Europe. You will own the marketing calendar, coordinate projects and content, and ensure on-time delivery with high quality.

Collaborating with local and international teams, you will localise content, QA materials before publication, and help shape a modern marketing function in a growing, international company. This role is based in our Malmö office.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing operations, project management or coordination.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience working with stakeholders, agencies and international teams.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and content production.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the marketing calendar and flywheel.
• Coordinate projects, campaigns and content across markets.
• Align teams, agencies and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
