Job summary

Legora is expanding rapidly and seeks an Operations Specialist, Market Expansion, to drive cross-functional projects that prepare local teams for new markets. Based in Stockholm, you’ll collaborate with Legal, Finance, People, Growth, Marketing and Product to align plans and keep launches on track.

You’ll manage dependencies, remove blockers, push for decisions, and own the Market Entry Playbook, turning launch learnings into better ways of working across regions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations, project management, consulting or similar.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with many owners.
• Strong follow-through with accurate data and status updates.
• Clear written and spoken English; able to brief senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Run the operating cadence for every market entry and track status.
• Make hard judgements to keep work moving and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate external vendors to match project pace and urgency.
• Ensure teams have tools and tracking in place; flag waste and fix.
• Own the Market Entry Playbook; update it with each launch learnings.
• Take on strategic streams like market research and business cases.
• Ask if an agent can replace a manual step before adding work.
