L&T Technology Services seeks an experienced Manufacturing Tooling & Equipment Lead in Gothenburg to design, develop and optimize tooling, equipment, and mechanical systems for efficient production. The role requires leadership of complex tooling projects and collaboration across manufacturing teams.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in tooling and equipment engineering, with strong knowledge of dies, gauges, jigs, and fixtures and hands-on installation and maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing tooling and equipment engineering.
• Strong experience in mechanical tooling design, machinery, jigs, fixtures, dies, and gauges.
• Experience in equipment development, installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production optimization, and equipment performance improvement.
• Proven ability to lead complex engineering projects and mentor junior professionals.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Tooling & Equipment Engineer to lead the design, development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing tools, equipment, and mechanical systems.
