Job summary

L&T Technology Services is seeking a Quality Engineer for automotive aftermarket and field quality investigations in Gothenburg, Sweden.

You will perform failure mode analysis, root cause determination, and containment actions, and conduct function acceptance testing on new and revised in-car features.

Requirements include a B.Sc. in engineering, experience with vehicle diagnostic tools, and a T1/T2 driving license.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive aftermarket and resolving quality issues.
• Strong communication skills for issue reporting and documentation.
• Root cause analysis and in-car fault tracing skills required.
• Proficient use of automotive diagnostic tools.
• T1 and T2 driver’s license is mandatory.

Description of the assignment

Perform product quality investigations on vehicles on the market. Failure mode analysis and supporting root cause analysis for field quality problems. Proposing containment actions.

Performing customer focused function acceptance testing on new and revised in car functions.

IT/SW requirements

Documented experience of vehicle diagnostic tools.

Qualifications and skills required for the role
