Job summary

Tata Technologies Ltd. in Gothenburg, Sweden is seeking a Software Release Leader to drive software releases across sub-baselines and ECUs for in-house and supplier nodes.

You will lead configurations, collaborate with teams, and ensure CI/CD and tool chain efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• At least 5+ years of experience in automotive technology especially in Embedded Software development
• At least 2+ years of experience in SW release management or configuration management
• Strong skills in leadership, planning, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Nice to have: experience in KOLA, Protom, SW configurator, Serena, Bucket
• Nice to have: experience in Supplier collaboration
• Nice to have: experience with Agile processes (KANBAN, SCRUM), SAFe framework

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead software releases complete sub-baseline and ECU for inhouse and supplier nodes
• Manage product configurations on software, meeting the unique requirements for a diverse product line.
• Bachelors/master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• At least 5+ years of experience in automotive technology especially in Embedded Software development
• At least 2+ years of experience in SW release management or configuration management
• Strong skills in leadership, planning, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Good knowledge about tools & workflow management systems – eg. version control systems
• Very good understanding of Continuous Integration and software tool chains
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Nice to have; experience in KOLA, Protom, SW configurator, Serena, Bucket
• Nice to have; experience in Supplier collaboration
• Nice to have; experience with Agile processes (KANBAN, SCRUM), experience from agile product development using the SAFe framework
