Job summary

Tetra Pak is seeking a Process Expert Plan to Fulfil (P2F) Manufacturing Planning and aATP to help build, implement and maintain the next generation of Manufacturing processes and solutions. The role acts as the guardian of standard and coordinates Master data design, testing and analytics across Plan to Fulfil and NCSP transversals.

The position is based primarily in Lund, Sweden, with up to 20% international travel and a temporary contract ending September 2027.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and refine the process you are assigned to.
• Develop new process designs to improve standardization and efficiency.
• Apply Design Authority principles in every solution offered.
• Collaborate with other process teams and value streams.
• Coordinate between sub teams for master data design & migration, testing, data & analytics.
• Develop, manage, and update all supporting documentation.
• Ensure processes are modeled correctly with BPM.
• Keep up to date with IT vendor pipelines for innovation.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Monitor external trends in the assigned process area.
