Job summary

Kongsberg Automotive Mullsjö is seeking an Area Manager to lead a production area of about 50 employees. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity while developing a high-performing team and advancing continuous improvement.

You will report to the Production Manager and partner with the Value Stream Team to align short-term targets with long-term plant development, leveraging the full plant resources.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education of at least three years in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English.

• Ensure performance within safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
