Job summary

Candela Technology is seeking a Production Area Manager to lead the Interior production area at our facility in Rotebro. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe and efficient production environment while building high-performing teams.

Your leadership will play a critical role in final assembly and installation of interior components for our electric vessels. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership, strong communication skills, and a background in production planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Solid background in production, manufacturing, or assembly operations.
• Proven experience leading production teams and driving performance.
