Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced civil/tendering specialist to lead engineering budgeting and tender reviews for Civil Design and Auxiliary Systems during the bid phase.

You will ensure compliance with local standards, prepare quotations, oversee BoQ from 3D models, and coordinate with project teams and partners in English; Swedish knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in project tendering for large-scale civil or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with BIM/Digital Delivery processes.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various project teams and partners.
• Ability to take initiative and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of Swedish and other languages is a plus.

• Actively participate in design and bid review meetings related to EPC and EP deliveries, focusing on Civil Design interfaces
