Job summary

Galderma is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. You will ensure efficient operation and maintenance of production equipment and facilities, supporting repairs, upgrades, and maintenance programs in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

Collaborating with Maintenance, Engineering, and Production, you will help maintain a safe, reliable, and efficient operation while seeking opportunities to improve maintenance practices and processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
• Approximately 2–5 years of experience in maintenance, manufacturing, production, or another industrial environment.
• Good technical understanding of industrial equipment and maintenance processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a structured and efficient manner.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• A proactive and hands-on approach to problem solving.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Execute planned and corrective maintenance activities on manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Support installation, repair, maintenance, dismantling, and relocation of industrial equipment.
• Monitor maintenance activities and ensure work is completed according to established plans, procedures, and standards.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance plans, programs, and processes.
• Support the administration and continuous improvement of maintenance-related procedures and policies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Support transformation initiatives and continuous improvements within the maintenance function.
• Apply established maintenance procedures, policies, and technical practices to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Build strong working relationships across the organization and contribute to knowledge sharing and teamwork.

About The Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of production equipment and facilities.
