Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Maintenance, Automation, Industrial Technology, or related technical field.
- Significant experience in maintenance, reliability, engineering or manufacturing operations in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize equipment availability and performance.
- Lead Autonomous Maintenance programs in partnership with operations teams.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee installation, repair, maintenance, dismantling, and relocation of large and complex equipment.
- Develop and maintain maintenance plans, policies, and processes.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
