Job summary

Tetra Pak Technical Services AB in Lund, Sweden, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead and develop the maintenance operations for our global spare parts warehouse. The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic process development to ensure high availability and reliability of warehouse equipment and automation.

You will manage a team of five production technicians, drive continuous improvement, and partner with quality and support functions to meet safety, delivery, and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing employees toward shared goals in safety, quality, and delivery.
• Experience in maintenance operations within warehousing, logistics, automation, or industrial settings.
• Experience with World Class Manufacturing (WCM) or Lean approaches and driving improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with KPIs and data-driven follow-up to long-term improvements.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of production technicians.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of warehouse equipment and automation.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Drive World Class Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and implement productivity, quality, and safety improvements.
• Manage maintenance budget, KPI tracking, and resource planning.
• Lead root cause analyses and ensure corrective actions are followed up.
• Collaborate with business, quality, and support functions to optimize warehouse operations.
• Contribute to future warehouse processes through digitalization and standardization.
