Job summary

TMC Sweden is seeking an Employeneur in Maintenance Engineering to work on production development and maintenance in technically challenging environments. Projects vary and may include both operational tasks and participation in larger development and improvement projects.

You contribute to creating stable and efficient production environments by identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical issues—while also driving improvements in workflows, structure, and maintenance strategy.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and resolve faults in production and equipment
• Develop and refine maintenance plans
• Create instructions and standardized workflows
• Ensure an efficient spare parts setup
• Work with and enhance maintenance systems (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM, or similar)
• Document and follow up on maintenance activities
