Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Ludvika, Sweden, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliability and performance of production equipment.

You will work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to maintain a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, support continuous improvement, participate in installation and commissioning of new equipment, and maintain accurate maintenance records while adhering to safety

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals and schematics.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of production equipment and facilities. You will work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to maintain a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

Your background

• Previous experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing or production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals and schematics
• Good communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Fluency in Swedish and English both written and spoken
