Prada Group seeks a Stock Controller to support warehouse management and provide services to the Store. You will ensure correct handling of goods in store, maintain stock records, and assist teams to meet customer needs across in-store and ecommerce channels.

You will contribute to KPI achievement, manage inbound/outbound flows, and collaborate with Store Operations to optimize space and stock accuracy in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Similar experience within a luxury or premium brand.
• Understanding of luxury customer service.
• Experience in building a long-lasting relationship with clients.
• Being able to work in a team as well as alone.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Care and protection of the product according to company guidelines.
• Day-to-day management of goods receipt and storage, preparing products for the sales floor and special areas while optimizing timing.
• Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with guidelines and timelines.
• Prepare the flow of E-Commerce orders (Prada.com or e-Tailers) ensuring service levels.
• Handle damaged or not-sellable products (On Hold, Consignment, repairs).
• Organize packaging, stationery, and display objects in IT systems and on-site.
