Prada is seeking a Stock Controller to support the Stock Manager in warehouse and store service delivery. You will ensure proper handling of goods, maintain KPI compliance, and respond to customer needs both in store and through the ecommerce channel.

You will contribute to inventory accuracy, support sales through efficient product flow, and collaborate with Store Ops to optimize space and processes in a luxury retail environment.

Formación

• Experience in a luxury or premium brand.
• Understanding of luxury customer service.
• Experience building long-lasting client relationships.
• Able to work both collaboratively and independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Care for product quality and protection per company guidelines.
• Daily goods receipt and storage management; prepare items for sales floor and special areas.
• Coordinate shop-to-shop transfers and returns within timelines.
• Oversee e-commerce order flow to Prada.com and e-tailers with required service levels.
• Manage flow of damaged or non-sellable products (On Hold, Consignment).
• Organize packaging, stationery, and display objects in store and IT systems.
• Collaborate on inventory, uniform, and gifts flow management and security.
