Job summary

Kappahl is seeking a Collection Controller to bridge finance, buying and business insight in a fast-moving fashion environment. You will partner with the buying organization and the controller team to set economic strategies and monitor performance.

You will establish and monitor sales and purchasing budgets, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights for commercial decisions. You will focus on pricing, volumes, margins, stock, profitability, and sustainability, shaping assortment controlling.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience as a Business Controller, preferably in retail.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Fluent English.
• Swedish language skills are a merit.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor sales and purchasing budgets and follow up performance.
• Analyze performance and key KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Support commercial decision-making with profitability and sustainability in mind.
• Contribute to development of assortment controlling and transform data into actions for the buying team.
