Sandvik is seeking an M&A Legal Counsel to join our Legal and Compliance team in Malmö. You will manage transactions from inception to close, collaborating with corporate M&A and strategy teams and leadership across business areas.

We are looking for an M&A Legal Counsel to join our Legal and Compliance team in Malmö. In this role, you work on transactions across our global Rock Processing divisions, from initial discussions through closing and integration. You collaborate closely with our corporate M&A and strategy team, as well as business area leadership, helping drive transactions forward through sound legal and commercial judgment.
Alongside the M&A agenda, and where capacity allows, you also support our teams in Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia on a range of commercial legal matters, including contract review, dispute resolution and other business-related legal issues.

The position is based in Hyllie in Malmö, Sweden. Travel is required depending on business needs and transaction activities.
We are looking for someone who combines strong legal expertise with commercial understanding and a genuine interest in driving business outcomes. Typically, you have 5-8 years of relevant M&A experience in a similar deal facing role, where you have been actively involved in negotiations, transaction execution and stakeholder management.
