You will be part of a small team working closely with senior leaders and stakeholder and People Business Partners across the bank to identify capability gaps and turn them into practical, engaging learning solutions - from onboarding

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Development, L&D, or related area.
• Broad understanding of People & Culture disciplines including talent and succession planning.
• Ability to analyze employee insights and translate findings into initiatives.
• Experience designing and delivering learning programs end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning programs that build critical skills across the organization.
• Partner with People Business Partners and managers to diagnose development needs and translate into learning solutions.
• Manage and evolve Avarda's LMS, ensuring content is current and used.
• Build career development frameworks and career pathing tools for all levels.
• Design leadership and people-manager development programs.
• Track and report learning impact with clear metrics.
• Curate relationships with external training providers and content vendors.
• Ensure compliance-related training is delivered on time and meets regulatory requirements.
