Job summary

Avarda is looking for a Delivery Specialist to own merchant implementations across the Nordics, bridging merchants with Product, IT, Development, Operations and Commercial teams. You will lead end-to-end onboarding and coordinate multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of delivery and communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in implementation, delivery management, customer onboarding, or similar roles.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams on tech implementations.
• Familiar with API integrations and technical docs; translate to business value.
• Strong stakeholder management and multi-priority communication.
• Proactive ownership and problem solving in fast-moving environments.
• Fluent English required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Tech/Engineering/CS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end merchant onboarding and implementation projects over months.
• Manage multiple implementations with quality, transparency, and delivery predictability.
• Serve as the primary delivery partner for merchants and ensure smooth experience.
• Coordinate with Product, IT, Development, Operations, Commercial and others.
• Support technical implementation activities including API integrations and testing.
• Translate merchant requirements into actionable tasks for tech/ops teams.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers for timely delivery.
• Ensure smooth transition from implementation to ongoing service management.
• Help improve processes, tools, docs, and ways of working.
