Job summary

Alstom in Borg El-Arab is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to advance Lean excellence across the site. You will deploy the APSYS framework, coach leaders, and collaborate with management committees to drive performance and problem-solving.

You'll lead cross-functional teams, facilitate improvement events, and foster a culture of continuous learning while aligning with strategic priorities and delivering SQCD and DPA targets.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical or engineering field, or equivalent experience.
• Lean practitioner experience (e.g., 5S, Standard Work, Gemba, VSM, problem-solving).
• Experience in a leadership role (e.g., Function Manager, Senior Project Manager).
• Proficiency in interacting with management committees.
• Experience in project management and team management.
• Proficiency in English.
• Lean Green or Black Belt certification (desirable).
• Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Critical thinking, data-savviness, and a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to foster collaboration and manage cross-functional, multicultural teams.
• Resilience and adaptability to drive change management, courage and influence.
