Job summary

Siemens Gamesa is seeking a Lead Technician for our Los hub to supervise service technicians, plan assignments and ensure safe, efficient operation of turbines. The role requires leadership, a solid technical background (electrical/mechanical), and strong planning. Fluent English is required; Swedish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Leader capable of planning and coordinating service teams.
• Electrical and/or mechanical background preferred.
• Fluent English; Swedish is a big advantage.
• Holder of a valid B driver’s license; physically fit and not afraid of heights.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service technicians to ensure effective planning and execution.
• Coordinate planning and execution of service, operation and support.
• Ensure safety is first and staff trained per EHS plans.
• Provide monthly reports to customers and lead site meetings.
• Develop productivity KPIs with Ops Manager.
