Senior Test Leader – Software System Testing

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Expert Test Leader within Software System Testing who is recognized as an expert in her discipline. This role involves leading and managing the requirements definition, verification, and validation of software system features across various projects. You will be responsible for translating product targets into measurable requirements, creating verification and validation plans, and driving feature development across multiple brands, segments, and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define requirements and verification methods to ensure validation of feature levels as outlined in project descriptions.
• Collaborate with the project team to translate product targets into quantifiable product requirements.
• Develop and execute verification and validation plans for software systems within projects.
• Secure, maintain, and expand feature knowledge across brands, segments, markets, and applications over time.
• Lead feature development initiatives across the organization, ensuring synchronization between projects and the continuous refinement of test methods and design requirements.
• Ensure that customer requirements and usage scenarios are translated into product design and test methods.
• Manage brand, segment, and application distinctions for specific features.
• Create and manage feature development plans, while also providing input into long-term feature roadmaps.
• Establish and maintain networks across the organization and globally within the feature domain.
• Participate in business development and innovation initiatives.
