Test and Verification Lead

Role Overview

Lead, develop, and execute the test strategy and verification plan for features and functions across projects, from early-phase testing through to user acceptance testing. Ensure that all requirements are accurately translated into verification plans and that resources, including equipment, rigs, and vehicles, are properly allocated. Work closely with verification and development teams to ensure effective planning and follow-up. Play a vital role in the Project Management Team, ensuring quality assurance throughout the development process, while regularly presenting project status and risks to senior management.
