Job summary

Avalanche Studios Group is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to own the quality of theHunter: Call of the Wild and other live titles. You will manage test passes, investigate complex issues, and coordinate with developers to maintain quality targets across releases.

Based in Stockholm with hybrid model, the role focuses on live operations QA, ensuring timely delivery and high quality for all stakeholders. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of video game QA experience and a track record of shipping games

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Video Games Quality Assurance
• Experience as embedded QA within a development team
• Excellent English verbal and written communication
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of bug writing and bug tracking software
• Experience with testing tools and live products with frequent releases
• Console and PC testing experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Production to ensure coverage and risk management across an release cycle
• Investigate, triage, prioritize, and manage bugs
• Plan and execute regression testing and release readiness testing
• Coordinate across disciplines and teams to drive quality results
