Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Sweden seeks a Lead Engineer to shape the core platform and infrastructure, guiding a senior team and reporting to the CTO/co-founder. This hands-on leadership role blends technical execution with product sense to drive a high-growth consumer scale-up.

You’ll own architecture, roadmap, and delivery while empowering engineers, collaborating with product and commercial stakeholders, and maintaining a fast-paced, collaborative culture in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years in lead engineer or engineering manager role.
• Strong commercial/product sense and impact awareness.
• Comfort with startup pace, ownership and ambiguity.
• Experience mentoring, 1-on-1s and roadmap alignment.
• Hands-on with TS, Python, Node.js, Next.js, AWS, IaC.
• Experience with MongoDB and BigQuery.
• AI-enabled approach to product engineering and delivery.
• Consumer-grade product experience and collaborative culture.
• Hybrid work model; English fluency; visa relocation not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team and report to the CTO/co-founder.
• Define architecture and shape the product and technical roadmap.
• Hands-on contribution to product development and delivery.
• Mentor engineers, manage performance, and align on roadmaps.
• Coordinate with product and commercial stakeholders to drive delivery.
• Ensure autonomous, high-performing team delivery.
