Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Stockholm is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to join a small central AI team. You will work directly with product teams to decide what to build, prototype quickly, and write production-grade code to bring ideas to life.

This role blends software engineering with modern AI and real business problems, with hybrid work and occasional travel in the region. The team focuses on customer-facing AI, semantic search, internal assistants, and production AI monitoring.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering real AI solutions, not just prototypes or experiments.
• Strong Python/software engineering skills.
• Experience building backend services and APIs.
• Good understanding of modern LLM and Generative AI technologies.
• Experience working with real-world data using SQL, Pandas or similar tools.
• The confidence to communicate directly with stakeholders.
• The technical judgement to push back when there is a better solution.
• A genuine hands-on attitude — you like building things yourself.

Responsibilities

• Prototype quickly and then write production-quality code to turn ideas into systems.
• Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to decide what is worth building.
