Job summary

NCC is seeking a Lead Planner for NCC Green Industry Transformation, based in Luleå, Sweden. You will drive the planning function for complex projects, coordinating with production, procurement, project management, and other specialists to deliver accurate schedules and optimal resource use.

You will lead planning activities, monitor deviations, and influence project outcomes through rigorous analysis and proactive forecasting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading planning in complex environments and large-scale projects.
• Understanding of how project scheduling impacts finances, resources, procurement, design and construction.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and structure the project's planning process.
• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules and construction plans.
• Coordinate planning across contracts, construction operations, procurement, and deliveries.
• Report project status and forecast schedule progress to stakeholders.
• Identify deviations and ensure schedules reflect changes.
• Document delays and provide analysis to support forecasting.
• Contribute to cost monitoring and resource planning.
• Support development of methods, tools, and systems for planning.
