Job summary

Neko Health in Sweden is seeking a Workforce Management Specialist to help keep clinics staffed to target coverage. You will own bi-weekly and monthly rota publication, maintain schedules in Quinyx, and partner with clinic leads on coverage and labour metrics.

In the first 6-12 months you will establish shifts tracking, configure automation to reduce manual admin, and deliver a reliable weekly staffing pack to inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Strategic workforce planning for shift-based scheduling across multiple sites.
• Proficient in Excel (filters, lookups, pivots, conditional formatting) and CSV analysis.
• Detail-focused, deadline-driven admin work.
• Dashboard reporting (Tableau/Power BI/Excel) for variance-to-plan and utilization.
• Experience improving data integrity in workforce data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own bi-weekly/monthly rota publication for all Swedish clinics.
• Track open shifts and coverage gaps; escalate before gaps affect throughput.
• Administer Quinyx for assigned clinics and configure automation to cut admin time.
• Deliver a weekly staffing pack with coverage, overtime, tardiness, utilisation.
• Improve payroll data flow via timesheet reconciliation.
