Job summary

Oda is seeking a Senior Logistics Engineer to own core physical process flows, optimize layouts, and lead installation projects from concept to commissioning. You’ll work to maximize throughput, reduce waste, and improve unit economics across our Swedish operations.

You will collaborate with onsite teams, software and data teams, and product managers to ensure seamless handovers and continuous improvement. A Master of Science in a related field and 5–10 years of experience in Lean manufacturing

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5‑10 years of hands‑on experience in Lean manufacturing, industrial production, or logistics.
• Proven track record of leading complex physical installation projects.
• Solid understanding of modern software development methodologies.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve physical process flows, layout solutions, and supporting systems to maximize throughput and efficiency.
• Lead physical installation projects for equipment, hardware, and infrastructure from concept to commissioning.
• Analyze cost drivers within the process flow to optimize unit economics and bottom‑line results.
• Apply Lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve safety.
• Collaborate with on‑site operations, software developers, designers, data analysts, and product managers to ensure smooth handovers.
• Step up to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
