Job summary

Alfdex is seeking a Lead Hardware Engineer to own electronic hardware across the product lifecycle, from component selection to production release. You will review schematics, diagnose issues, and collaborate with suppliers, electronics, mechatronics and software teams to ensure robust hardware for high-volume serial production.

The role requires deep hardware expertise, a minimum of 10 years in the field, and a willingness to work across vehicle-related environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in electronic hardware design, verification and troubleshooting.
• University degree in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of electronic hardware throughout the product lifecycle.
• Review schematics, component selections and hardware documentation at PCBA level.
• Drive root-cause analysis for hardware, production and customer issues.
