Job summary

Alstra Energy is seeking a Lead Engineer in Stockholm or Gothenburg, responsible for coordinating Solar PV and BESS project engineering from development to execution. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, preferably with 5–7 years of Solar PV engineering experience and familiarity with energy storage solutions.

This full-time role requires collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with standards and meet project objectives. Alstra Energy is a leader in solar power, committed to advancing sustainable energy solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Solar PV engineering.
• Experience with BESS or hybrid solutions (strongly preferred).
• Experience leading technical activities during tendering and execution phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project’s Engineering team through tendering, execution, and commissioning of Solar PV and BESS projects.
• Develop, review, and approve engineering deliverables.
• Ensure all engineering solutions are optimized and compliant with standards.
