Job summary

Monsson Energy AB in Sweden is seeking a Project Manager with a strong electrical engineering background to lead battery energy storage projects and other energy infrastructure. You will bridge international engineering expertise with the Swedish market and collaborate with customers, municipalities, suppliers and partners.

The role focuses on planning, delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, with responsibility for technical interfaces, risk management and stakeholder

Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Automation or related field.
• At least five years in project management or coordination; minimum two years in electrical installation or infrastructure in Sweden.
• Fluent Swedish and strong English (written and spoken).
• Experience managing technical projects in the Swedish market and understanding of Swedish requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects with schedule, budget, quality, and delivery responsibility.
• Interface between Monsson's international engineering teams and Swedish suppliers/subcontractors.
• Review technical documentation to ensure compliance with Swedish standards and requirements.
• Work on low- and medium-voltage electrical installations.
• Support procurement and technical decisions across projects.
• Serve as Monsson's point of contact for customers and local stakeholders in Sweden.
• Monitor progress and maintain clear stakeholder communication throughout projects.
• Provide technical input during the sales phase of new projects.
