Mpya Sci & Tech AB is seeking an experienced ECU Concept Lead to drive definition and development of next-generation safety electronics platforms. You will lead global teams and shape concepts that align with customer needs, regulatory and technology trends, setting roadmaps for future mobility safety applications.

You will collaborate with system architects, customers and suppliers, ensure SOP readiness, and mentor engineers and technical leaders within a fast-evolving innovation environment.

Qualifications

• Management experience leading advanced engineering or innovation programs.
• Strong background in automotive electronics systems and ECU development (HW, SW, FuSa).
• Experience leading globally distributed teams and stakeholders across organisations.

Responsabilités

• Lead creation and maturation of next-generation ECU and system concepts.
• Define product vision, technology roadmaps and architectures.
• Drive technology selection, feasibility studies and gap analyses.
• Define scalable platform concepts for multiple customer applications.
• Lead cross-functional teams across regions and cultures.
• Interface between innovation teams, system architects, customers and suppliers.
• Support customer engagements and concept reviews.
• Report on concept maturity and roadmap status.
