Ampstek is seeking a skilled professional with telecom domain experience to manage end-to-end software delivery and 24x7 operations support. You will handle code delivery, testing, and system design, while guiding the team and coordinating with offshore stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunication domain.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM tools (ServiceNow or equivalent).
• Experience with 24x7 operations and handling critical incidents.
• Familiar with SDLC and Agile principles.
• Strong business process and system analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all codes delivery.
• Delivery of application code, functional test code, unit test code, integration tests, and service virtualization.
• Build and maintain test programs.
• System implementation including requirements gathering and solution design.
• Hands-on development, code reviews, and technical guidance to team members.
• Interface with technical and business stakeholders – internal and external.
• Configuration, customization and integration of application.
• Client interfacing and offshore coordination.
• Available to be on-call and support production issues.

Technical expertise

• .Net Framework (C#, ASP.NET), L2/L3 support, ITIL processes and ITSM tools (ServiceNow or equivalent), Handling 24x7 operations, critical incidents, Monitoring & observability tools (APM, logs, alerts)
• Familiar with latest trends in industry from technology and domain standpoint
• Experience and good understanding of IT SDLC lifecycle phases. Through understanding Agile principles and practices
• Strong business process/system analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels.
• Creative, innovative and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
