Job summary

Techster is seeking a Digital Product Manager to drive data-centric platform initiatives, collaborating with engineering to deliver trusted data to downstream services. You’ll translate business needs into scalable data-driven solutions and own the end-to-end product lifecycle.

You will work with agile teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and focus on performance, data quality, and platform reliability while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in digital product management.
• Experience with data platforms and APIs.
• Strong understanding of software development and system architecture.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English; Swedish language is a plus.
• Valid work permit for Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the digital product at the intersection of business and technology, focusing on data and platform capabilities.
• Define and evolve product vision, strategy, goals, roadmap, and budget aligned with business and platform direction.
• Translate business, customer, and operational needs into scalable, reliable, data-driven solutions.
• Ensure continuous optimization of the product to deliver high-quality, trusted data and maximize ROI.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, maintaining a holistic view of data flows and integrations.
• Lead product planning, including prioritization and resource planning with compliance to security and data governance.
• Drive delivery and adoption by securing release plans and collaborating with engineering and stakeholders.
