Job summary

Keystone Education Group AB is seeking a Product Owner ready to evolve into a Product Manager within a Data & Insights team. You will own data product backlogs, coordinate with engineering, analytics, and leadership, and shape a roadmap aligned with quarterly objectives.

Initially focused on owning outcomes and acceptance criteria, you will grow into a full product management role by month nine, delivering measurable adoption and impact across data platforms and education tools.

Qualifications

2+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar roles with engineering teams.
Data literacy including writing SQL queries and interpreting analytics results.
Experience serving multiple stakeholders and saying no when required.
Structured, precise requirement writing and prioritisation discipline.
Strong communication skills, able to translate business needs into technical terms.

Responsibilities

Own a prioritized backlog across all Data & Insights products with weekly refinement.
Plan quarterly outcomes, ensuring sized work and clear ownership.
Resolve priority conflicts with a written rationale and tracker.
Define clear acceptance criteria for epics and coordinate releases.
Manage risks, blockers and dependencies, updating the roadmap and OKRs.
Run regular syncs with product owners and document work order decisions.
Monitor adoption and performance, iterating based on learnings.
Gather feedback from customers and internal users to guide next steps.
