SPLIT Stockholm, an award-winning digital full-service agency, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Web Content Editor & Junior UX/UI Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. Content editing and management:
Edit and publish content across multiple global websites.
Build and update pages within the CMS.
Ensure all web content is accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to brand guidelines.
Conduct audits and quality assurance checks to identify bugs, issues, and areas for improvement.
Content quality:
Uphold high editorial standards and consistency in all published materials.
Perform regular quality checks to maintain content integrity.
Ensure compliance with accessibility standards, making content available to users of all abilities.
User experience (UX) & design support:
Collaborate with the team to enhance site structure and navigation to improve user experience.
Assist in creating wireframes, UI elements, and page layouts under the guidance of senior designers.
Contribute to ongoing UX research, testing, and iteration to optimize design solutions.
Collaboration & coordination:
Work closely with stakeholders to plan and execute prioritized tasks and initiatives.
Provide guidance and feedback to content creators and external contributors to maintain high-quality content standards.
Support web migrations and contribute to executing the global web roadmap.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in web content editing or management, preferably in a digital agency or global brand environment.
Familiarity with UX/UI principles, experience in basic wireframing, and working knowledge of design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD).
Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS).
Understanding of SEO, accessibility standards, and best practices for web content and design.
Fluent in both Swedish and English, with strong writing and editing skills in both languages.
Attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple deadlines, and strong communication skills.
