Job summary

Ericsson’s RAN Performance unit is seeking a Technical Project Manager (SP Driver) to lead end-to-end delivery of a Solution Package from requirements to deployment in customer networks.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, risks, and stakeholders, and ensure quality while embracing Agile/Lean practices. This role offers growth and exposure to cutting-edge baseband software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.

• Prioritize user stories within the SP and manage milestones from pre-study to delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies early to ensure on-time delivery.
• Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders to support transparency and alignment.
• Measure and report on project performance and adjust as needed to support successful delivery.
