Ericsson’s RAN Performance unit is seeking a Technical Project Manager (SP Driver) to lead end-to-end delivery of a Solution Package from requirements to deployment in customer networks.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, risks, and stakeholders, and ensure quality while embracing Agile/Lean practices. This role offers growth and exposure to cutting-edge baseband software.

Our unit helps secure critical customer commitments, evolve RAN architecture towards 6G, maintain performance leadership, and much more. A Solution Package (SP) is a software feature that can be deployed in customer networks. As an SP Driver, you will act as a technical project manager, supporting the end-to-end delivery of an SP from requirements and specifications through design, development, testing, and customer deployment.This is a great opportunity to grow your technical understanding, build project leadership skills, and learn from experienced colleagues in a supportive environment.
