Ericsson's Lund R&D Center is seeking a newly graduated software tester to begin a growth journey in cutting-edge mobile technology. You will join a collaborative team, focusing on baseband testing with ISAC and RF behavior.

From day one you'll receive onboarding, hands-on projects, and feedback to develop your testing skills, with opportunities to explore automation, AI-assisted testing, and growth across product domains.

Qualifications

• MSc or BSc level in Computer Science, Electrical engineering, Engineering physics or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to learn and grow in testing and keep up with latest tech.

Responsabilités

• Plan, prepare, and execute feature verification tests for baseband functionality.
• Analyze test results, logs, traces and RF measurements to identify deviations.
• Reproduce issues with developers, engineers and testers to drive resolution.
• Support evolution of test methods, including automation and AI-assisted testing.
