Lyten is seeking a driven project professional to shape the delivery of construction and infrastructure projects for our R&D Campus in Västerås. You’ll partner with senior project managers, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure safe, compliant, and high‑quality execution aligned with business goals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in construction management, project management, civil engineering or related field.
• 0–3 years of project engineering, coordination, management, or related experience in construction/infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Swedish contracts AB 04/ABT 06 and permitting processes is a merit.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of small to mid-sized construction projects as client representative.
• Coordinate project workstreams, schedules, budgets, and risk with timely escalation of issues.
• Manage external consultants, contractors, and suppliers for delivery commitments.
• Engage with R&D, operations, EHS, procurement, and finance for coordinated execution.
• Support permit and regulatory compliance and embed a safety culture in delivery.
• Maintain project controls across scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk.
